ESCANDALO TV TELEFUTURA music theme

The successful TV show “Escándalo TV” is opening a new home set this year and we’re proud to be a part of this New Year change. This is the show’s 5th Anniversary, and feel privileged to be responsible for the musical part. The event will be broadcasted on Telefutura this January 22nd, 2007.

Working together with the Univision musical department, we’ve managed to arrange and co-compose the musical theme for the show. Yalil Guerra was in charge of the creative process; adding spice and Brazilian musical motives to the theme, as well as

Tropical, Regueaton & Pop elements.

PREMIO LO NUESTRO 2007 and Yalil Guerra

For a second consecutive year, we are proud to

announce that the music theme of “Premio Lo Nuestro a

La Música Latina”, has been produced, co-composed,

recorded, mixed and mastered at RYCY Productions, Inc.

“Premio Lo Nuestro” is one of the most important award

shows of the Latin music industry in the US, and is

produced by Univision Television. Composer Yalil

Guerra, created a Spanish influenced music theme,

combined with exotic Latin rhythms.

“To work on this project gave me the chance to compose

Spanish influenced music after living in Spain for

several years. The theme consists of various Rumba and

traditional Spanish music elements, as well other

The “Premio Lo Nuestro a La Música Latina” awards

ceremony will be broadcasted on February 22nd from 8

LATIN GRAMMY AWARDS music theme

RYCY Productions announced that composer and producer Yalil Guerra composed the music theme for the Latin Grammy show. The event will be on air on Univision TV, November 2, 2006 at 7:00 PM. The music style is a blend of Latino funk with Euro dance rhythms and a thriller horn section.

“It’s a privilege for me to produce and compose the music for the Latin Grammy's for a second consecutive year”, said Yalil Guerra, President of RYCY Productions. “We are delighted to work with Univision, joining forces with them and allowing us to increase our creativity to higher levels. With every new project presented to us, comes a new challenge”.

”Knowing that this show is staged in New York and recognizing the unique life style & Latin flavor that the city has, is what has inspired me to compose the theme. Combining different music cultures in a short 45-second tune, is a real challenge”.

Univision shows like; “Premio Lo Nuestro”, “Univision Upfront”, “Tributo a Nuestra Música” and the “Latin Grammy's 2005 & 2006” have all been recorded by RYCY Productions in its Burbank facility.

Yalil Guerra, composer & producer, has won an international award in Classical Guitar and has also worked with artists such as Celia Cruz, Albita Rodríguez and Yamila, among others.
